The Woman Within Weekend is a powerful two and a half day personal development and enrichment experience for women. Since 1988, thousands of women from more than 20 countries have participated in this powerful transformational weekend.
The weekend includes a series of exercises, guided imagery, and intense individual and group work that will support you in making empowering and life-changing choices. It is an opportunity to experience compassion and strength by women joining together to accept and honor themselves and each other.
